当前已知原则

  • Subscription posture unlocks capability and included credits
  • Testing is not a billing bypass
  • 任何 accepted execution 都应写入账本
  • 编辑可免费，执行需检查 credits
  • 收益分成必须先写 settlement ledger，再进入自动打款

当前代码状态

Usage 模块已有 ledger 入口，Billing 模块现在也已补上 plan、balance bucket、recent events 与 payout policy 的总览壳子；模块五 Day 4 进一步把 subscription、credits、accepted execution 与 usage 的关系提升到共享 foundation。

当前工作台进度

Usage workspace page 已经升级为 ledger workbench，用来承接 preview、reservation、accepted execution、consumed usage 与 future settlement hold 的统一视图。

Billing workspace page 与 GET /api/billing/overview 现在会跟随共享 foundation account plan 返回 planName、includedCredits、balance buckets、recent events 与 payout policy，避免继续停留在静态 growth mock。
