Runs is now the operator workbench for execution history, preview results, accepted runs, and future audit trails. The page now reads through a shared workbench service boundary, and it includes explicit empty and error demos for Module 1 testing.

This page is now a real workbench scaffold instead of a placeholder. The rows are still sample-backed, but the layout is ready for D1-backed runs, step traces, retries, and audit proof.
