Runs
Runs is now the operator workbench for execution history, preview results, accepted runs, and future audit trails. The page now reads through a shared workbench service boundary, and it includes explicit empty and error demos for Module 1 testing.
Run Workbench
Table-first run history for the control plane
This page now reads through the shared workbench boundary and prefers D1-backed run rows on staging. The same surface still keeps empty and error demos so we can harden the shell before the executor starts writing richer traces.

Manual recovery candidates stay separated from auto-retry
Runs that land in manual_review or retry_exhausted now surface in their own queue so owner or operator review can start from durable evidence instead of scanning the full run list.
No failed run currently needs manual recovery. Auto-retry and normal terminal paths are covering the active queue.
